Regulations
Please read below before taking part in
this contest.
Well, you have heard of
Christmas in July right? Now it is time to turn the tables and have
a July at Christmas Time contest. The "July at Christmas Contest" is run by The Perfect Title.
The prizes are also provided by The Perfect Title (unless
otherwise noted!). We have two great sponsors this contest.
Please be sure to visit there site and see what else they have to
offer.

At Christmas Contest Sponsors:

1. Layout Details:
A. Submitted layouts must use FLOWERS
in some way. (one or more flowers.) It could be the popular prima
flowers, flowered papers, silk flowers, handmade flowers, dies cut,
flowers, etc. Anything goes as long as the layout  features
flowers in some way. There are no specific color schemes or themes
need for the layouts. Just has to have a FLOWER.
B. Each layout must be an
original work
C. Each entry layout must upload
to "The
Perfect Title" July At Christmas Contest Gallery.
(There is information you MUST
include with your entry. Please scroll below and read "How
to enter". If you don't include the required information
your entry will be deleted!!)
D. Each layout must measure 8
1/2 x 11 or larger.
E. Each entry must be a
scrapbook layout. (with or without a photograph.) No card or other
crafts will be excepted.
F. Layouts must have a title on
them (after all this is "The Perfect Title")
G.
Only one entry per person
H. Layouts must be in English
 I. By entering this contest you certify
and understand:
1. That your layout is your own
original work
2.
You may not share or post
your layout on any other website, magazine or publication from the
time you enter till the end of the contest on January 10, 2006
3. If you win you give us
permission to post your layout on our website.
4. If you win you may not share
or post your layout on any other website, magazine or publication
for 6 months.
2. How
To Enter:
A. You must upload a
layout the follows the guidelines above to the July
At Christmas contest gallery.
B. When you upload your layout
you MUST include the following:
1. In the caption area include
just the title of the layout.
2. In the description area
include your full name and a list of products used to make the
layout.
C.
After you have upload your entry, you MUST send an email to titleholder@theperfecttitle.com
with the following:
1. Subject: July At Christmas Contest
2. Your Full Name
3. Your valid email address.
(All information will be kept private!!)
3. Dates:
This contest will run from now until January 1, 2006. All entries must be
uploaded to the gallery and have sent their email (see above!) by
January 1, 2006 at 11:59 pm EST
4. There
will be 3 winners!
A. One
Grand prize winner will be chosen by "The Perfect
Title Design Team". The layouts will be judged on the use of
the flowers, overall design, use of photo and other elements, and
other special characteristics of the layout.
B. Two Winner will be chosen by
"The Perfect Title" visitors by using a poll. The top two
winners will receive the second and third place prizes. (As long as
neither is the grand prize winner. If they are it defaults to the
next highest.) Polling
software logs will determine the winner and will be the final ruling
if there is any dispute.
C.
Each entry can only win one prize, If you win the grand prize, you forfeit
any visitor prizes.
D.
Voting will take place from January 4, 2006 till January 10, 2006.
Winners will contacted and announced on the website no later then
January 31, 2006.

Rules
A.
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to enter.
(There is no Maximum :0) )
B. NO
Political Layouts Will Be Excepted!
C.
The email you send us (see above) must be a valid email address. If
you win it will be needed in order to get your mailing address. You
must reply with your address within 5 days of being notified as a winner.
(If you will be away on vacation please let us know so other arrangements
can be made.)
D.
The Perfect Title is not in any way involved with the company
who make the prizes chosen for this contest unless otherwise noted.
E.
The Perfect Title is not responsible for server outages, any
other outage during the contest, or misdirected emails..
F.
The Perfect Title, it's owner, and/or it's employees will
not be held responsible for any losses during this contest.
 G.
This contest is open to residents of any country. Void where
prohibited by law.
H. By
entering this contest you grant The
Perfect Title permission to print your
name and layout on the The Perfect
Title site without further
compensation. Your email address will always remain private. See
our privacy
statement.
I.
Owner, partners or design team members (or family members that
live at the same residents.) are not eligible to enter this contest.
J. There
must be at least 10 entries before the prize will be
awarded.
K.
You will be disqualified from the contest if the above rules are not
followed.
L.
No Purchase necessary
M. The Perfect Title
reserves the right to edit or change these rules at anytime by
contacting the entrants.
